Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and let the chops marinate for at least 4 hours.
- Light the grill, charcoal grill is preferable, but gas goes just fine there too.
- Wipe off the oil chops before placing them on the grill to prevent a fire in the grill that burns the chops.
- Grill the chops for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. This depends entirely on the heat you have in the grill.
- Serve with french fries and a good salad.
